Going the wrong way fits the theme of Breaking the Rules. The image is uncluttered and the message or wrong way, the car going the wrong way comes across clearly.

Clear, simple message so well arranged that you can't miss the point, and funny whether you know the theme or not. The digital treatment helps to simplify the image. Good one. Wish I'd thought of it.
    Suggestions:
No suggestions on this image. Love it as it is.

Interesting interpretation of the theme statement. The graininess of the image adds a certain gritty texture to the image that seems appropriate to this setting. The yellow of the sign and arrow attracts the eye, making it easy for the viewer to clue-in to the message.
    Suggestions:
I don't see anything specific I would change in this image.

This is SO perfect for the theme. Great capture.
    Suggestions:
The posterizing seems a little unecessary.

Everything works, in this image. The theme-message is illustrated, with the car clearly heading in the wrong direction, shown by the arrow and the overhead sign. Great location, perfect lighting, strong detail in the floor and overhead beams. The slight 'grittiness' may be noise, but it goes well with the scene.
    Suggestions:
I considered cropping a little off the LH and RH sides, to concentrate attention on the central area -- then decided it needed the extra space.

Excellent example of the theme. I really like the effect of having the offending vehicle sandwiched between the wrong way warning signs.
    Suggestions:
Image seems to be a bit grainy. Photo looks like it was taken with a camera phone.
