    Strengths:
This is a high impact image, dramatic and imposing. Beautiful choice for the theme.
    Suggestions:
Really effective, the way the identity word is repeated across their shields... love this one, and wouldn't change it.

    Strengths:
Possibly some humor with this image, we don't see rule-breaking, but apparently we are anticipating it.
    Suggestions:
The theme is about rule-breaking, but we're missing the rule being broken. If the camera could have pulled back to include some protesters, that might have strengthened the connection to the theme statement. The arch in the right background is blowing out and becomes a distraction. Possibly some post work where you reduce the exposure in that area? You could crop out a lot of the top and turn this into more of a panoramic aspect -- which would strengthen the line of policemen. Some reduction in the DOF would also help keep focus (pun intended) on the policement as well -- ideally do that in-camera, but can also be done fairly quickly in your favorite photo editor.

Spot on the topic, crisp and clean, lots of depth of field. There's one guy with his hand on his hip, eying the photographer. Give the scene some reality and closeness.
    Suggestions:
At first I thought a crop at the left would help, but I don't think so. Good as it is.

Oooh, wouldn't mind a date with the guy looking at the camera. Oh, wait, off topic. (These comments are anonymous aren't they?) OK, although more an anticipation of breaking the rules, this is still an interesting story that adds a touch of mystery. What are they expecting? The repetition of the architecture and the officers is quite harmonious and their casual, not yet alert attitude suggests they have a bit of a wait.
    Suggestions:
Perhaps a little less depth of field to separate the principals from the background a little more.

Very emotionally engaging. It is "don't break the rules... or else"?
    Suggestions:
    None. An intriguing photo-journalistic shot.
