Definite motion here. I guess my head is saying good that adherence to the theme does not necessarily make for a good photo.
    Suggestions:
Think it would have been better in recent mistakes theme,

    Strengths:
The strong solid great creates a focal point for the photo. The crop of the heat works.
    Suggestions:
No suggestions to make with the photo.

I like the blur of colour in this one. And I like the way you've cropped it.
    Suggestions:
I'm not sure if the graininess is caused by a filter or by a high ISO. I wouldn't mind seeing less noise in this photo. But that's not a huge thing. Overall I like the photo as is.

This one is pared to the essence but captures a good sense of motion both in the blur and in the body language. Nice bright colours.
    Suggestions:
Background is a little distracting but at the same time, it helps to set the scene. Digital noise is very present; there is software that can help reduce that a little.

This is interesting, in that less typically, it is the position of the runner's limbs that convey the real movement -- since BOTH the subject and her background are blurred. It works.
    Suggestions:
Subtle and effective; no changes come to mind.

Great colour, nice blur, attractive subject. I'm thinking you want us to notice the arms and hands to further emphasize the movement. It works!
    Suggestions:
I'm wondering how it would look if the top of her head was included. I'm not sure it's a problem.
