Great expression, nice depth of field. It's also great that you're making eye contact with the critter.
    Suggestions:
This might work well as a square crop. Just a suggestion for something to try. I don't have any concerns with the image as it is.

    Black and white works well.

    Nothing comes to mind.

Laughed when I first saw this - it almost looks like it's saying "Who me?" Love the straw all over its face and neck - LOL. Good choice of b&w which draws your eye to the subject with no distracting background. Good use of thirds line with the head on the crossing top left third lines. Good depth of field so that the head is focused sharply and the background softer.
    Suggestions:
I think the feed and zebra bag is a little distracting on the left but that is minor.

B&W is perfect for this -- it really works well for the lights, darks, and various tones in between, and the textures and lighting are excellent.
    Suggestions:
None. The framing works so well with the shape of the subject and the chewing with a few errant strands of hay poking out are priceless.

This critter has an interesting face. B/W works well. Background is nicely blurred. Good contrast and lighting.
    Suggestions:
I think you could have cropped in from the right side much tighter to focus on the cute face. Or, bring the lens down a tad cutting off the man and horse a bit to show more of the lama's (?) body and the feed bag.
