A really nice exposure, lovely diagonal composition.  A charming, cheerful image.

Lovely old houses, beautifully decorated, tells a pre-holiday tale in a nice part of town.  Good exposure of a challenging subject.

    Suggestions:

It is really a challenge to get a photo of this type of environment without it looking like a snapshot.  A bit earlier is good to catch some light in the sky but not as good for keeping the details dark.  Keeping all the traffic off would be impossible but cars are not attractive.  I used to shoot these areas with every fancy faceted, star or effect filter in my camera bag just to try to spice them up a little.  Great for sending to family if this is your street; otherwise work on creating a bit more visual energy.

A serene seasonal image. The exposure and white balance are good. Makes for a lovely image.

    Suggestions:

The crop could be tightened up, the auto on the right is distracting, and the left side up to the front of the vehicle adds nothing to the story.
