New Members

Membership is open to anyone with an interest in photography, upon payment of the annual dues. We welcome members from anywhere; residence in New Westminster is not required.


Be Our Guest

We encourage potential members to attend 1 or 2 meetings as our guest to get to know us before joining. Whether the meeting is in-person or on Zoom we ask for a $5.00 guest fee. Your first two guest fees will be counted as a credit towards memmbership if you decide to join. Guests can pre-register on Eventbrite for in-person and Zoom meetings or simply drop-in to an in-person meeting and register at the welcome desk. Annual Dues

Our very modest dues cover the cost of facility rentals, the web site, speaker honorariums, organization fees, and the other costs of running the club.

  • Annual dues for the 2022-2023 season are $45 CAD for a single membership and $70 CAD for a family membership (2 or 3 members of the same household).
  • Annual dues are payable at the first meeting in September.
  • New members may join at any time during the year.
  • New members who join after the 1st of January pay a reduced fee of $35 CAD for a single membership or $55 for a family membership for their first half season. Full dues are payable therafter.
  • New members who join in July and August pay full annual dues, but have their membership activated immediately (up to a two month bonus).
  • Paying for Guest Fees and Annual Dues

       Payment in-person at the door for guest fees or annual dues can be made by cash, cheque, debit card or credit card. Please note additional service charges may apply to payments by debit and credit card.

       We accept payment by Interac e-transfer. Send your payment to treasurer@nwphoto.org) Our account accepts payments automatically so you will not need a security question and answer.

       We also accept cheques by mail. Please address them to: Treasurer, New Westminster Photography Club, Suite 404, 1199 Eastwood Street, Coquitlam, BC, V3B 7W7).




New Member Application Form

You can apply for membership on-line by filling out the form below. However, our web site does not handle financial transactions; you will need to pay your dues seperately, following the instructions above. Once the Treasurer has received your dues they will activate your account. If you have any questions about your application or dues please email treasurer@nwphoto.org
